I work with my coaching clients in all sorts of ways to ensure they’ve got a full cup because running on empty simply doesn’t work.

And the idea of having a “full plate...” that’s definitely part of it.  

  • What’s on your plate?  

  • Do you even want that on your plate? 

  • Can you get that sh** off and have some of this instead?

  • Do you have space for that deliciously special surprise treat from the chef? 

We’ve got a certain sized plate, 24 hours in a day… can we get real about what’s on it and if that’s actually good for us?

Join me in creating some intentional time in your life and have a conversation about what’s on your plate, what you want on your plate, and how to shift some things around.
