Living our best life is connecting with our soul’s purpose and choosing that path over and over again... fully and without apology.

When we live in attunement with our soul, our unique light radiates and infuses all of our DOing with our BEing.” - Abbey

With Mastery-level training and certification from the University of Santa Monica’s Spiritual Psychology Program and The Institute for Coaching Mastery, as well as her own transformation being one of her greatest credentials, Abbey has varied resources with deep wisdom and experience to help her clients reach their goals.

My passion started at a young age wanting to live my own best life, devouring every leadership and human potential book I could get my hands on in High School.  As a Class Advisor in the prestigious Presidents Leadership Class at CU - Boulder, I was able to deeply connect and guide incredible students to the fullness of themselves and quickly realized that was a thread of my life’s calling.

Graduating at 21, I thought I needed more life experience before calling myself a coach and so pursued a more “normal” path in business.

In the midst of a highly successful career in Internet Advertising, working in 10 countries across 4 continents overseeing all People Programs in culture and development, I became a mother, life shifted dramatically, and I lost my grounding.

While moved with deep love and wonderment for my first born, I was lost.  I was filled with stress, anxiety, panic, and overwhelm… I didn’t know how to ask for help and didn’t know what I needed - I was drowning.

After my second son was born, I was let go from my job that had become my identity and went through a mental breakdown spiritual awakening (thank you, Brené Brown).  I quickly became so grateful for this gift and opportunity to slow down, do the inner work I really needed, see therapists and coaches, and reconnect with my soul’s calling: to love and honor myself, feel wholehearted gratitude in everything (rainbows and shit storms), and help other women find their inner peace, creativity, joy, and Power.

I completed a two year Spiritual Psychology program through the University of Santa Monica, guiding students to awaken to their own healing and liberation.

I also completed Suzi Lula’s soul coaching and mastery certification program with an emphasis on deep self compassion, understanding our emotions, and sacred listening, as well as Alyssa Nobriga’s Institute of Coaching Mastery focusing on all levels of client connection.

Always fascinated with neuroscience and scientific evidence, I also completed Stanford’s Positive Intelligence coaching program and weave all research, philosophies and tools in my work.

I am forever the student and constantly bring potent learnings to my work and community.

A Little More About Me

I have three incredible teachers in my home - my two boys (ages 10 and 7), who keep me playful, intentional, and adventurous, and my incredible husband, Nathan, who keeps me grounded and laughing.

We live in Santa Barbara, California and spend many vacations with my family in the heart of the Colorado Rockies, Redstone.

I love spending quality time with amazing people, enjoying nature in its purest elements, traveling to unique destinations, relaxing in long leisurely breakfasts with multiple types of beverages, dancing anywhere, getting pumped up on my Peloton and grounded in yoga, learning, growing, and listening to super smart people, and playing spirited cant-help-but-laughing games. I also love to be in bed by 9pm.

What People Are Saying

“Just wanted to take a moment to say thanks for a great 90 min discussion/reflection the other night!  I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would.  I may have mentioned that I’m on zoom burnout, but the discussion was very rewarding and thoughtful.”

— Heather M., Santa Barbara, CA

“Abbey did a wonderful and beautiful workshop yesterday!  I left with a warm heart and some new tools for the tool box.  (My favorite take-away was “name it to tame it” in relationship to feelings and fears).”

— Laura W., Mill Valley, CA

“Just want to say thank you again for your workshop.  I had zero expectations given where I am in life but got so much out of it in just 90 minutes.  I’m still feeling rejuvenated and look forward to another workshop in 2021.”

— Rachel V., San Anselmo, CA

“Thank you for that wonderful experience last night! I really got a lot out of it. In fact, I cant stop thinking about some of the things that I worked through even in that small period of time!”

— Victoria G., Denver, CO
